Beth has worked for a decade in the staffing industry, both in Columbus, OH and in the Houston area. She began her career at a staffing company specializing in the medical arena where she recruited and placed X-Ray Technicians, Nurses and Medical Billing Specialists. Recruiting short or long term candidates and assisting them in finding their "perfect fit" became her passion while growing to love this industry. 
Beth continued her career in Houston with Staffinders Personnel, where she began as a Customer Service Representative and served the Greenspoint Area and then the Galleria Area as a Branch Manager. Building personal relationships with clients as well as candidates became the foundation of her success and she looks forward to continuing that experience at TalentStaff. Beth prides herself in taking the time necessary to truly understand her candidates and temporary employees so she can exceed their career expectations.

Beth has a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She lives in Spring with her husband Michael, also an A&M graduate and their two daughters......Aggies in training!
