Our partners joined forces and founded TalentStaff as a way to bring decades of proven experience to our business community. Our passion for staffing and recruiting is evident in the lifelong relationships we have each built. Over the years, we have worked together to provide local area companies with the highest level of service because we know the local business community intimately. We’re in the relationship building business and we take that seriously. We work in the business every day, filling jobs, recruiting associates and getting to know our customers personally. Why not? Lisa Bagley, Managing Partner

Lisa began her staffing career over 29 years ago with a small independently owned firm in the Houston area.    Through the years, that firm grew through acquisition into a nationally recognized staffing firm, ranked among the top 5% of US staffing organizations.   She was responsible for multiple branches, on-site management and ultimately achieved the District Director position for Houston.    Lisa was recognized with many quality service and outstanding results awards.  Her expertise and in depth knowledge of the market, lifelong relationships with clients and candidates, along with her large network, allows her to provide quality results.   She has a true passion for this industry, values the reward of long-term relationships turning into true friendships and the satisfaction of finding just the right person for the right job.   Lisa lives in the North Houston area with her husband and enjoys time with her three grown children and their growing families.

Leticia Enriquez, Branch Manager

Leticia  has the experience necessary to address the full spectrum of her customer’s staffing needs and the career goals of her candidates.  She has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry.  Her experience includes managing all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, which has enabled her customers to focus their time and efforts on their core business, helping them achieve their productivity and financial goals.  Her experience has afforded her many opportunities to become a partner, and an extension of her clients’ HR departments by developing customized staffing solutions and delivering qualified, productive employees.  Leticia’s relationships with her clients and candidates is not only a passion of hers, but vital in keeping her reputation and service exemplary.  She is dedicated to customizing solutions for her customers and finding the “right” job for her candidates.  Leticia lives in Northwest Houston with her husband and enjoys spending time with their granddaughter.
